A: Yes, we have fully equipped locker rooms with showers, lockers, and changing areas.

Q. Can I freeze or cancel my membership?
A: Our memberships come with no commitment, no fees, and no contract! Our memberships run month to month, so you have the option to cancel without penalty.
You can come and go as you please through your online profile.
Q. What measures are in place for health and safety?
A: Granite Fitness & Performance follows strict cleaning protocols, providing hand sanitizers throughout the facility, and ensuring all equipment is regularly sanitized. Social distancing guidelines are also enforced.

A: Our fitness center offers a wide variety of free weights, weight racks, cable machines, cardio equipment, and more!

A: To upgrade your membership, you can either email Kara at kara@granitefandp.com or stop by the front desk during your next visit!
Q. Do I need to register for classes in advance?
A: Yes, that can be done through our Mindbody app, or online. To do so online, please visit our Adult Group Training page or the Sports Performance page.

A: We offer nutritional counseling and wellness programs to help you achieve your health goals. Consultations can be booked through our website or at the front desk.
