Our Adult Group programs are thoughtfully crafted to enhance your overall quality of life while supporting your journey towards improved health. We customize our programs to suit each individual’s unique needs and skill level within the group.
These engaging sessions are offered two to three times a week, ensuring flexibility to accommodate your schedule and requirements. Guided by a dedicated coach, each session mirrors the personalized attention of one-on-one training without the hefty financial commitment.
Our sessions begin with soft tissue work and movement quality with an emphasis on stretching and muscle activation. A dynamic warmup into a plyometric circuit concludes the warmup. As we transition to the strength floor, expect three circuits meticulously crafted to target all major muscle groups, ensuring comprehensive strength development. Finally, we cap off the hour with heart-healthy conditioning exercises, ranging from exhilarating sled pushes to invigorating bike rides and dynamic shuttle runs.
